简要说明：A-Level 速查工具不需要注册，也不会把你填写的成绩上传到我们的服务器。成绩只保存在你自己的浏览器或设备上，方便下次打开时自动填好。
1. 我们是谁
本政策由苏州博美教育咨询有限公司（以下简称「博美教育」或「我们」）制定，说明我们在提供网站、A-Level 速查工具以及老师和校友顾问平台（以下统称「服务」）时如何处理你的个人信息。
2. 我们收集哪些信息
你主动提供的信息。当你通过邮件联系我们时，我们会收到你的邮箱地址以及你在邮件中写的内容。我们只用这些信息回复你的咨询和提供你所要求的服务。
入驻申请材料。申请成为校友顾问或 A-Level 老师时，你会在线填写姓名、邮箱、手机号或微信号、学校专业或教学信息，并上传学生证、毕业证书或考试成绩等证明。你的个人主页会公开显示你的姓名、头像、学校或科目、介绍，以及你在申请表里勾选「公开」的联系方式。证明文件默认只用于平台核实学籍和资质，只有博美教育的管理员可以查看；只有你在申请时勾选公开展示，证明文件才会显示在你的主页上，公开前请自行遮挡证件号、身份证号、出生日期等信息。你可以随时联系我们取消公开或删除。
老师和顾问账号。申请通过后，我们会为你开通登录账号，把登录邮箱和随机生成的初始密码发到你的邮箱。密码只以加密哈希的形式保存，我们看不到你的密码。登录后你可以自行修改介绍、联系方式、头像和密码；修改姓名、学校 / 学历或证明文件需要平台重新审核。
存储位置。申请资料和证明文件存储在 Cloudflare 提供的云服务中，服务器可能位于中国大陆以外。审核完成后，我们可以应你的要求删除证明文件；你也可以随时要求下线主页并删除全部资料。
保存在你设备上的信息。你在速查工具里选择的 A-Level 预估成绩、雅思分数和语言偏好，只保存在你浏览器的本地存储或 iOS 应用的本地存储中，不会发送给我们。
自动产生的技术信息。网站由 Cloudflare 托管。访问时服务器会自动记录 IP 地址、浏览器类型、访问时间等基础日志，用于保障网站安全和正常运行。我们目前没有使用任何第三方统计、广告或追踪工具。
3. 我们如何使用信息
- 回复你的咨询，提供你所要求的服务；
- 审核老师和校友顾问的入驻申请，在审核通过后展示他们的公开主页；
- 维护网站和工具的安全、稳定运行；
- 在法律法规要求的情况下履行法定义务。
我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会将其用于你未同意的用途。
4. 信息的共享与存储
除以下情况外，我们不会向第三方提供你的个人信息：获得你的明确同意；为提供服务所必需的技术服务商（如网站托管服务商 Cloudflare、企业邮箱服务商腾讯、发送账号通知邮件的 Resend），它们只能按我们的要求处理数据；法律法规或司法机关要求。
5. 未成年人
我们的服务面向准备申请本科的学生及其家长，其中可能包括未满 18 周岁的学生。未成年人联系我们或使用我们的服务前，应取得父母或监护人的同意。
6. 你的权利
你可以通过下方邮箱联系我们，查询、更正或删除你提供给我们的个人信息，或撤回同意。我们会在 15 个工作日内答复。
7. 关于数据内容
速查工具中的大学录取要求整理自各大学官网的公开信息，仅供参考，请以各大学官网发布的最新信息为准。
8. 政策更新
本政策更新时，我们会在本页面公布新版本并更新生效日期。

Privacy Policy
In short: the A-Level Finder needs no account and never uploads your grades to our servers. Your grades stay in your own browser or device so they are filled in next time.
1. Who we are
This policy is issued by Suzhou Bomei Education Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Bomei Education”, “we”). It explains how we handle personal information when providing our website, the A-Level Finder and our tutor and alumni-advisor platform (the “Services”).
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to provide what you asked for.
Applications to join. When applying as an alumni advisor or A-Level tutor, you enter your name, email, phone or WeChat ID, university and programme or teaching details, and upload a student ID, degree certificate or exam results. Your profile publicly shows your name, photo, university or subjects, bio, and the contact details you ticked as “Public”. Credentials are used only to verify your enrolment or qualifications and are visible only to Bomei Education administrators — unless you tick the option to show them on your profile, in which case please cover certificate numbers, ID numbers and date of birth first. You can ask us to hide or delete them at any time.
Tutor and advisor accounts. Once you’re approved, we create a login and email you your login email and a randomly generated initial password. Passwords are stored only as encrypted hashes, so we can’t see yours. After logging in you can update your bio, contact details, photo and password yourself; changes to your name, university / education or credential are reviewed again.
Where it is stored. Applications and credential files are stored on Cloudflare’s cloud services, whose servers may be outside mainland China. After review we can delete your credential file on request, and you can ask us to take down your profile and delete all your data at any time.
Information kept on your device. The predicted grades, IELTS score and language preference you choose in the Finder are stored only in your browser’s or the iOS app’s local storage and are never sent to us.
Technical information. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, whose servers automatically log basic information such as IP address, browser type and time of visit for security and reliability. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
3. How we use information
- To reply to your enquiries and provide the services you request;
- To review tutor and advisor applications and publish approved profiles;
- To keep the website and tools secure and running;
- To meet legal obligations where required by law.
We never sell your personal information or use it for purposes you have not agreed to.
4. Sharing and storage
We do not share your personal information with third parties except: with your explicit consent; with service providers needed to run the Services (such as Cloudflare for hosting and Tencent for business email, and Resend for account emails), who may process data only on our instructions; or where required by law or the courts.
5. Minors
Our Services are for students preparing for undergraduate applications and their parents, which may include students under 18. Minors should have a parent’s or guardian’s consent before contacting us or using our Services.
6. Your rights
You can email us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or to withdraw consent. We will reply within 15 working days.
7. About the data
University entry requirements in the Finder are compiled from public information on universities’ official websites and are for reference only. Always check the university’s latest published requirements.
8. Changes
When this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date.
